1. Data controller

  • Controller: Adrià Marfil Pérez (CamperTech)
  • Tax ID (NIF): 77923946S
  • Address: Carrer Hort Nou, 10, 2º-2ª, 17403 Sant Hilari Sacalm (Girona), Spain
  • Contact email: campertech.solutions@gmail.com

2. What data we process and for what purpose

a) Platform users (staff of the client workshop)

We collect your name, email, phone number and login credentials in order to give you access to the CamperTech dashboard, manage your account and provide you with support. Legal basis: performance of the service agreement entered into with the workshop.

b) End customers entered into the Platform by the workshop

When a client workshop registers its own customers in CamperTech (name, email, phone number and, where applicable, vehicle details), CamperTech acts as a data processor on behalf of the workshop, which is the controller of that data. This relationship is governed by a separate data processing agreement signed with each client workshop. CamperTech processes this data solely in accordance with the workshop's instructions and for the sole purpose of providing the management service.

c) Payment data

Payments are processed through Stripe. CamperTech does not store card details; Stripe processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy and the safeguards required by the GDPR.

d) Commercial contact

If you write to us through a contact form, or provide us with your details to receive commercial information, we will use them to respond to your enquiry or to send you communications about CamperTech, on the basis of the consent you give us. You may unsubscribe from commercial communications at any time.

3. Retention period

We retain Platform data for as long as the contractual relationship with the workshop lasts. If the relationship ends, the data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it (for example, invoicing-related data is retained for the applicable tax and commercial limitation period, generally up to 6 years).

4. Who we share your data with (data processors)

To provide the service, we work with the following providers, which process data on our behalf under contract:

  • Supabase — database and authentication, hosted in the EU-West region (Ireland).
  • Hetzner Online GmbH — server and delivery of the web application, hosted in Nuremberg, Germany.
  • Stripe — payment processing, based in the USA, which applies EU standard contractual clauses as a safeguard for the international transfer of data.
  • Google Ireland Limited — web analytics (Google Analytics), only if you give your consent in the cookie banner. This may involve a transfer of data to the USA covered by EU standard contractual clauses.
  • Resend — sending of the Platform's emails (notifications about your account and the emails the workshop sends to its customers), based in the USA, which applies EU standard contractual clauses as a safeguard for the international transfer of data.

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties for purposes other than providing the service.

5. International transfers

Data hosted on Supabase (Ireland) and on the Nuremberg server remains within the European Economic Area and therefore does not constitute an international transfer. The payment provider, Stripe, is based in the USA and has the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses) for that transfer. Resend, the email delivery provider, is also based in the USA and applies the same safeguards.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to campertech.solutions@gmail.com. If you consider that we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (the Spanish data protection authority, www.aepd.es).

7. Security measures

We apply technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit, role-based access control, regular backups and secure authentication to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

8. Cookies and web analytics

The Platform uses technical cookies necessary for it to function (for example, to keep you logged in), which do not require consent.

In addition, if you give your consent through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to obtain aggregated statistics on the use of the Platform (pages visited, traffic sources, device type) and thus improve the service. Google Analytics installs cookies on your device and processes this data on our behalf. The legal basis is your consent.

You can reject these cookies at any time by clicking “Essential only” in the banner; in that case Google Analytics will not be loaded. Google may process data in the United States, for which it applies the EU standard contractual clauses as a safeguard.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to adapt it to legislative changes or changes to the service. We will inform you of any significant change through the Platform itself or by email.
