CamperTech operates as a self-employed sole trader (natural person) and is therefore not subject to registration in the Commercial Register (Registro Mercantil).

2. Purpose

The purpose of this website and the CamperTech platform (hereinafter, “the Platform”) is to provide a software as a service (SaaS) management service for van camper conversion workshops, including, among other features, a dashboard, inventory management, a van configurator and KPI analytics.

3. Terms of use

Access to and use of the Platform implies acceptance of these conditions. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services and not to use them to carry out unlawful activities, activities contrary to good faith or public order, or to infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website and the Platform (texts, design, source code, logos, the CamperTech brand and other elements) is the property of Adrià Marfil Pérez or is used with the corresponding authorisation, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property legislation. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of liability

CamperTech does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Platform, although it will take reasonable measures to minimise service interruptions. CamperTech is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the Platform by the user, nor for the content or data that client workshops enter in relation to their own end customers, the accuracy and lawfulness of which are the responsibility of those workshops. This exclusion does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, in particular in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Platform, and without prejudice to any jurisdictions that may apply under consumer protection legislation, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Girona.
